1. The marketplace

Sema Store is a single-vendor software store — every product is built, published, and supported directly by our team. Sema Store provides the catalog, checkout, licensing, and delivery infrastructure.

Product descriptions, screenshots, and pricing are published by our team and reviewed before publication.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse refunds, or attempt to redistribute licensed content.

3. Purchases and licenses

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software under the plan you selected (seats, devices, billing period).

License keys, downloads, and redemption instructions are delivered through your account's My Products area after payment clears.

4. Acceptable use

You may not resell, share, or publicly post license keys or download links. Circumventing entitlement checks or scraping the catalog is prohibited.

5. Liability

Software is provided by Sema Store. To the extent permitted by law, Sema Store is not liable for defects, outages, or damages — our buyer protection policy governs refunds.
