Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, username, email, and a bcrypt-hashed password. We never store plaintext passwords.

Order data: purchased products, plans, license keys, and payment status. Card and payment details are handled by the payment provider — we never see full card numbers.

2. How we use it

To run your account, deliver entitlements, process orders, show order history, and send transactional notifications (order updates, answered questions).

We do not sell personal data. Your display name is shown on your orders and reviews — never your email.

3. Cookies

We use a single HTTP-only session cookie (sema_user_token) for buyer sign-in and a separate admin cookie for the back office. No third-party tracking cookies.

4. Retention & deletion

Order and entitlement records are retained for accounting and license verification. Contact support to request account deletion; records required by law are kept for the statutory period.
