1. What is covered

Product not delivered: if your license, download, or redemption access does not appear after payment, we make it right or refund you.

Materially misdescribed: if a product's core functionality does not match its listing, the refund policy applies.

2. How to claim

Open the order in your account, choose Request refund, and describe the issue. Include what you expected versus what you received.

Questions on the product page are public and answered by our team — use them before buying when something is unclear.

3. What is not covered

Buyer's remorse after the refund window, incompatibility clearly disclosed on the product page, or issues caused by modifying the delivered software.
