Refund Policy

1. 60-day window

Most purchases are eligible for a refund within 60 days of payment. Request a refund from your order detail page — no email required.

2. What is refundable

Downloadable products, license keys, and SaaS access that materially fails to match its product page. Consumed or disclosed items (e.g., revealed license keys for activation-locked software) may be reviewed case-by-case.

3. Process

Refund requests are reviewed by the marketplace team. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and revoke the associated license and downloads.

Abuse of the refund window — repeated buy-download-refund patterns — may result in account suspension.
